New Delhi: In a letter to Congressman Shashi Tharoor, the leader of the National Conference, Farooq Abdullah, expressed his frustration with being kept under watch, while saying he was not a ' terrorist. ' Abdullah's note, written in response to a Tharoor's post to him, was posted on his social media account by Parliament member from Thiruvananthapuram.
