On Friday evening, a flight instructor and a trainee pilot were killed when an aviation academy trainee aircraft they were flying crashed in a farm field near Dhana airstrip in Sagar district, police said. The deceased was identified as flight instructor Ashok Makwana and trainee pilot Piyush Chandel.
