One of the most beautiful and mesmerizing hill stations in the state of Maharashtra is Lonavala and Khandala, a popular hill station at an altitude of 2,047 feet above sea level. It is an escape from the chaotic noise of city life. The hill stations are known for sightseeing and trekking. Also, it is renowned for its chikki (the hard candy sweet) and fudge.
