The Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the Congress party has been abusing all the democratic institutions in the country while mentioning the Congress' comments against the army in the surgical strike and the allegations against the Election Commission in relation to the voting machines. The PM made a new bunch of attacks against the main opposition as the ruling party suffers from the Rafale allegations.
The PM attacked the Congress and made fresh allegations while speaking to the booth level workers in Tamil Nadu's Vellur, Kancheepuram, Villupuram and Chennai.
"They even questioned the Supreme Court ruling as they don't like the judgement. They tried to impeach the Chief Justice of India as they were not able to threaten the court according to their requirements", the PM said.
"The Congress is changing their stand on the issue of voting machines according to their wish. They create some issues before every election and post some doubts on the machines. But they agree results if it favours them. We can overcome these type of gimmick only through strengthening our democracy.
