Media Eye News Bureau: The leaders of opposition parties, which had boycotted the Rajya Sabha proceedings as they felt that their voice was being ‘muzzled’ and they were not allowed to raise issue as well, expressed their regrets and stated that they had the ‘highest respect’ for chairman M Venkaiah Naidu.

Naidu and the floor leaders also discussed the issue of availability of time and the business to be concluded in the House and has also decided to scrap the Question Hour and asserted that sufficient time needs to be given to the members for discussing the Union Budget as well.
