Builders woo with different tactic as markets face lull

In an attempt to improve sales, recently, developers across India have been coming out with attractive schemes, be it offering EMI, gifts at the time of booking. Many are also giving their clients gold at the time of paying their booking amount and also giving them expensive gifts.

The lull in the market has forced many developers including the established houses to come out with different ways and means to survive. Points out a well known real estate house on the basis of anonymity, “The mood is not at all positive in the market both for buyers and sellers. There is a lull in the market, which is natural. But we have to  take initiative, as there is so much speculations going on in the market.” Many big groups are also taking this lull as a business opportunity and are hoping to raise funds for business expansions.

Unitech is gearing up for its asset sale by putting up on sale its Gurgaon IT SEZ, also A K group from Mumbai plans to sale a vast portion of its land in Navi Mumbai.
